Terms and Data Protection for Events
By registering for the event, I agree that:

• The organizers will use the data I have provided for the purpose of organizing the event, but no longer than one month after its completion.
• The organizers may take photos and/or film me during the event for external communication purposes and may, but are not obligated to, publish the captured content publicly through the Data Controller's communication channels.
• I have familiarized myself with the privacy policy of the Vilnius University Student Representative Office: https://vusa.lt/lt/privatumas.

Personal Data Processing
The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of organizing the event during the event organization period, but no longer than one month after its end. The contact details and other information you provide will be used to contact you. As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal data, request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal data, and exercise other rights provided by applicable legal acts.

Payment and Refund Policy
We offer no refunds for event payments.
