Innovation Lab is a platform designed to build a dynamic bridge between forward-thinking companies in Europe and the brightest, most innovative students in Ukraine. Our mission is to cultivate a productive ground for groundbreaking ideas, fostering a symbiotic relationship where companies gain fresh perspectives, and students receive invaluable industry experience.
The objective of Innovation Lab is to create a collaborative ecosystem that selects only the most skilled and industrious students to contribute to real-world projects. By doing so, we aim to not only enhance the innovative capacity of participating companies but also to enrich the educational journey of the students involved.

Students from Ukraine with a keen interest in industry-specific innovation can apply to work on projects that resonate with their skills and passions.
Our team will validate each student team's skills and knowledge to ensure they are well-matched with the company's needs. This process is crucial to maintaining a high standard of quality and relevance for the ideas generated.
Once a student team passes the validation phase, they will sign an NDA. This ensures that all subsequent information shared about the company and the project is kept confidential, safeguarding the integrity of the process.
With the NDA in place, the student team will gain access to detailed information about the company and will begin working on implementing the idea they have submitted.
Each student team will be assigned two mentors—one from the participating company and one from Ideation Lab. These mentors will provide guidance, industry insights, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
